It’s Market Time

Summer is upon us and you know what that means! Farmers markets are opening or have just opened in and around Bellevue and Seattle. We love a farmers market because shopping them is one of the best ways to support your local food economy. You can also buy the freshest of fresh produce, try new varieties you’ve never heard of, and other farm to table goods you can’t always find in the grocery store. Farmers markets are a great place to stock up for the week and/or a special event where you want to highlight local and seasonal food. Garlic scapes anyone?
